Chip and Joanna Gaines, the design geniuses behind Fixer Upper, also have a bed and breakfast, which anyone can rent. If you want to stay there, however, you better act fast.
Fans will be able to reserve a spot in the Magnolia House anytime from January 1–July 2, 2017 beginning Thursday after 7:00 p.m. CST. If they're lucky. The last time the B&B opened reservations, it filled in under three hours, Magnolia Public Relations Director, Brock Murphy told PEOPLE.
It's no surprise either. The house was fully designed and decorated by the Fixer Upper stars, encapsulating their clean, country chic style in bright whites and reclaimed wood.
“The design inspiration for this house was taken from my own home, I wanted it to feel like our farmhouse so when guests stay here they feel especially welcome,” Joanna wrote in a blog post about the house.
The decor isn't the only unique aspect of this boarding house. People have to book the entire house, not just a room, and there is a two night minimum. Reservations have to be made online.
For those HGTV fans lucky enough to secure a reservation, they'll be just down the street from the Gaines's Magnolia Market.
Those who don't get a chance to check out the Magnolia House might be able to rent one of the other Fixer Upper properties that are available for vacation rentals.
