When Leslie Eggenberger heads to her sons' school to drop them off or pick them up, she sometimes looks a bit different from the rest of the adults present.
The Seminole County, Fla. mom occasionally wears a T-Rex costume to pick up her sons, Max, 7, and Jacob, 8, and the boys wouldn't have it any other way.
Eggenberger told WKMG that just last week, Max asked if she could wear the costume while walking to school, for no reason other than the fact that he gets a major kick out of it.
"My 7 and 8-year-old boys love watching me wear the T. rex outfit," Eggenberger said.
While on her way to school, the mom of two says she's received plenty of positive reactions from people, including kids who gleefully roar at her from their cars. Naturally, she roars back.
Along with the boys' school, Eggenberger also dresses as the prehistoric beast on walks around the neighborhood and wore the suit to her son's recent birthday party.
Eggenberger shared that there's a special reason she dons the suit around her sons.
"The message I want to convey to my boys is to be brave and bold enough to do what they enjoy and what makes them happy,” she explained to InsideEdition.com. “The goal is to put myself out there, show my kids how much fun it can be to make others smile, and simply be brave enough to have fun despite how silly you may look.”
