If you've ever found yourself craving both ice cream and coffee simultaneously, this ice cream is just the thing for you.

Created by Dominique Ansel, the inventor of the cronut, cold brew ice cream is here to satisfy your caffeine craving in the sweetest way possible. The cold brew flavor can be found at the soft-serve window outside Dominique Ansel Kitchen in New York City, and the sweet treat is topped with crunchy anise biscotti and milk foam dusted with cocoa powder.

The ice cream takes two days to make, but the results are well worth it.

"It's completely different from coffee ice cream: richer when it comes to flavor, without being bitter or sour. It's a good, clean coffee taste, that's how I'd describe it," Ansel told Grub Street. “It has a deep coffee flavor — it’s like drinking a nice glass of cold brew."

The soft serve is available through June and cost $7, although Ansel said he'll consider bringing the flavor back if it's a hit. With his track record, we're thinking it will be.
