What better way to celebrate a new baby than with a family vacation.
Kidnap survivor, Elizabeth Smart shared gorgeous pictures of her now family of four on her Instagram. The 29-year-old mother of two, welcomed her son this past April.
"Loving all the family tie at the beach! And swimming out to the sea caves was incredible," Smart captioned the album.
Smart and husband, Matthew Gilmour, visited Portugal with their 2-year-old daughter, Chloe and newborn son James. The family of four also had a chance to visit her husband's parents in Scotland.
In 2002, Smart was kidnapped and held captive by Brian David Mitchell when she was just 14-years-old. The teenager was then rescued when a couple spotted her on a busy Utah street. Her kidnapper was later sentenced to life in prison.
Since the abduction, Smart has become an outspoken activist and told PEOPLE in 2014 that her "greatest aspiration" was to be a mom.
"My mom is a hero and has influenced my life more than any other person, and I'd like to have that same influence on my children," she said.
