Shooting to Resume on 'Bachelor in Paradise,' No Misconduct Found

| TV and Movies

Bachelor in Paradise will resume production on its fourth season after shutting down earlier this month, The Wrap reports.

Warner Bros. issued a statement Tuesday, revealing that the company has concluded its internal investigation with the assistance of an outside law firm, adding that the footage from the reality series shows that no misconduct took place.

"As we previously stated, we recently became aware of allegations regarding an incident on the set of 'Bachelor in Paradise' in Mexico. We take all such allegations seriously. The safety, security and well-being of the cast and crew is our number one concern, and we suspended filming so that the allegations could be investigated immediately and thoroughly," the statement began.

"Out of respect for the privacy interests of those involved, we do not intend to release the videotape of the incident," the studio continued. "We can say, however, that the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy."

Warner Bros. had announced on June 11 that it had halted filming on the series after "allegations of misconduct." Multiple reports placed cast members Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson in the center of the controversy, many alleging Olympios was blackout drunk and unable to consent when she and Jackson had their sexual encounter.

The studio also added that it will "implement certain changes to the show's policies and procedures to enhance and further ensure the safety and security of all participants."

ABC confirmed the show will still air this summer, but didn't reveal an exact date.
