With the spirit of summer being all about fun, Dunkin’ Donuts announced Wednesday that they would be introducing two new menu items to brighten up your day.

In a press release from the Massachusetts-based company, Dunkin’ Donuts will serve up two seasonal doughnuts starting July 3 that will spark your summer taste buds — the S’mores Donut and the Chocolate Drizzled Strawberry Croissant Donut.

Playing to the appeal of a classic campfire favorite, the S’mores doughnut offers the perfect sweet and creamy combination of a toasted marshmallow flavored filling with a decadent s’mores topping made from Hershey’s chocolate.

If you’re looking for a dessert that will give you those feelings of traveling abroad and hitting up European patisseries, the Chocolate Drizzled Strawberry Croissant Donut features flaky, buttery layers of their Croissant Donut, with strawberry filling and a chocolate icing drizzle for the flavor of a chocolate covered strawberry, but in doughnut form.

Both new treats are available throughout summer at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide.

Dunkin’ Donuts also offers a full lineup of iced and frozen coffee choices perfect for staying alert every hot, summer day. Additionally and only for the summer, they are also now offering delicious, one-of-a-kind, coffee flavors including S’mores, Coconut Crème Pie and Butter Pecan — perfect to pair with their latest doughnut treats.
