Ahead of a Monday court date, Rob Kardashian deleted the mysterious tweet he posted on Thursday.
The tweet, which was posted shortly after the announcement that Chyna had hired attorney Lisa Bloom and intended to go after Kardashian in court, was presented with no explanation from Kardashian. While that specific tweet has been deleted the rest of Kardashian’s tweets about Chyna remain on his account.
With the relationship drama between Kardashian and Chyna entering the legal arena, many are wondering what’s next regarding the couple’s 7-month-old daughter, Dream, especially amid Chyna’s allegations that of domestic violence against Kardashian. There are also concerns that Chyna may also be at risk of losing custody of Dream as well as her 4-year-old son, King, due to Kardashian’s allegations of drug abuse by Chyna.
Alyssa Eisner, a matrimonial attorney not related to the case, told Fox News that Kardashian’s Instagram and Twitter rant as well as Chyna’s follow-up could spark involvement from Child Protective Services.
“These are very serious accusations. If true, yes, they risk potentially losing custody; however, a proper investigation would have to take place to determine the validity of the accusations and what, if any, impact the actions have on their child as well as their ability to parent,” Eisner said.
At this time, there is no indication that the claims are being investigated by Child Protective Services. Chyna is expected in court on Monday to request a restraining order against Kardashian.
